Since 1919, the Stratford VNA’s mission has been to help families maintain their quality of life—and their dignity—in the comfort of their homes. We have cared for thousands of families and have been nationally recognized for our quality of care. Stratford VNA was recently named to the 2012 HomeCare Elite^TM Top 25% of all homecare agencies in the United States. We receive letters and phone calls about our dedicated staff on a weekly basis, describing the effect our care and services have had on their recovery and quality of life.

Donated money enables us to:

Purchase specialized testing equipment for nursing and therapy staff to use in the delivery of patient care
Provide staff training in the use of the most up-to-date, cost-saving technology and best practices for care
Cover the costs of care provided to the underinsured or uninsured so that care can be provided
